About the project and the lab

Rural Data.com was designed to be a rich, dynamic, digital platform to search curated evidence for eHealth interventions in rural and remote communities, specifically in Canada, Australia and Sweden. We sought to generate a solid, consolidated evidence base for how eHealth can be used during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our database is continuously updated to ensure the utmost in quality, trustworthy, up-to-date research. All entries have been carefully reviewed and manually coded by a knowledgable, insightful, and informed research team. Improvements to functionality and ease-of-use are also ongoing. With such a carefully curated, concisely presented knowledge platform, Rural Data.com not only turns data into evidence, but also takes the next step towards transforming evidence into knowledge. All this with the ultimate goal of facilitating efficient and effective implementation of said knowledge into practice.
